VIUFA and VIU have reached a tentative Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which will be the subject of a ratification vote by the membership. The terms are the those of the Template Table, plus some local gains. The Template Table gives four salary increases of 1% totalling 4% over two years. The first salary increase is retroactive to January 1, 2013, with the 2nd 1% on April 1st.
